Delimano Joy Kitchen Scale with bowl – User Manual

Please read this manual thoroughly before using and save it for future reference.

1) WARNINGS

1. This device is intended for household, indoor and dry use only.

2. Keep out of reach of children. This product is not a toy and should not be used by children or stored

accessible to them.

3. For accurate results, place scale on a at, stable and dry surface, free from vibrations and drafts.

4. Do not exceed the scales maximum capacity. Overloading your scale can permanently damage it.

5. Wash and dry thoroughly before rst use. Please use a damp cloth to clean the base. Do not allow

water to get inside base.

6. Do not use chemicals to clean the scale.

7. Store your scale in a clean, dry location. Dust, dirt, and moisture can accumulate on the weighing

sensors and cause inaccuracy or malfunction.

8. Do not put heavy things on the scale when not in use.

9. Do not store the base in an upright position.

10. Never leave weak or empty batteries in the device – especially if you suspect it will not be used for

several months. Use the correct size and type of battery specied by the manufacturer and installed

in accordance with polarity (+ and – terminals) marked on the device. Do not mix old and new

batteries, batteries of dierent brands, or batteries of dierent types (alkaline, standard (carbon-

zinc), or rechargeable (nickel-cadmium) in the same device as this may cause the batteries to leak.

Rechargeable batteries must be removed before being recharged. Do not recharge non-rechargeable

batteries. Battery replacement and/or recharging should be done only by adults. Always keep all

batteries in a safe place away from children and pets. Store new batteries, in their original packaging,

in a dry place and at normal room temperature until ready to use and dispose of used batteries in

accordance with your local law. Do not store device with batteries in very warm places as this could

result in reduced battery performance and/or battery leakage. Battery acid and leakage can cause

personal injury and/or damage to the product and/or surrounding property. If battery leakage occurs,

thoroughly wash any aected skin, making sure to keep battery acid away from eyes, ears, nose and

mouth. Immediately wash any clothing or other surface that came into contact with leaked battery acid.

11. In case of malfunction and/or damage do not attempt any repair by yourself and ensure that the

product is properly disposed in accordance with local laws.

12. Although the device has been checked its usage and consequences are strictly user responsibility.

3) BEFORE (FIRST) USE

TO INSTALL OR REPLACE BATTERY

1. Open the battery compartment cover at the bottom of scale by pushing on the ap in the direction of the arrow before lifting it:2..Take out used batteries (if already installed),
