9. If the device is not working as it should, has received a sharp blow, has been dropped, damaged,

left outdoors or dropped into water, do not use it.

10. To avoid damaging power cable, do not squeeze, bend or chafe it on sharp edges. Keep it away

from hot surfaces and open ames.

11. Warning! Do not immerse electrical parts of appliance in water or other liquids. Never hold

appliance under running water.

12. Do not operate appliance with wet hands or while standing on a wet oor. Do not touch power plug

with wet hands.

13. Do not unplug from power supply by pulling the power cable.

14. Do not place appliance on a plastic table cloth.

15. Disconnect power plug from power supply when not in use and before cleaning. Always switch

appliance o before disconnecting power plug.

16. Before use, place the product on hard, at, stable, dry andheat-resistant surface only. Avoid placing

appliance on or close to easy ammable materials (e.g curtains). Keep a minimum distance of20

cm to walls and other objects.

17. Wash and dry thoroughly before rst use.

18. Before use, place the product on hard, at, stable and dry surface.

19. Slight odors are possible at beginning of usage until device reaches its thermal stability.

20. Danger of burns! Hot oil, liquids, and hot food can cause serious burns. Do not move the appliance

during operation.

21. This appliance is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-

control system.

22. This device should never be switched on or stay plugged in power supply when not in use, while

replacing accessories or during cleaning.

23. This appliance is intended for household, indoor and dry use only.

24. This device should never operate unloaded, because such action could result in appliance failure

and/or injuries to the user.

25. In case of malfunction and/or damage do not attempt any repair by yourself and ensure that the

product is properly disposed in accordance with local laws.

26. Use the appliance only as described in this manual. Any other use might lead to damage of the

appliance, property or personal injury.

27. This appliance can be used either with provided cookware or with other suitable heat-resistant

cookware as described in table below.*

28. Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliances. Leave at least 20 cm free

space on the back and sides and 20 cm free space above the appliance

cause personal or property hazards or injuries.

30. The glass lid has a vent through which hot steam can escape! Avoid contact with this escaping

steam.

31. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch ON/OFF the appliance provided

that it has been placed or installed in its intended normal operating position and they have been

given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the

hazards involved. Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and

clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.

32. Children must be supervised not to play with this appliance.

33. Warning! If glass ceramic plate is cracked, immediately disconnect appliance from power supply.

Do not cook on a damaged ceramic plate. The spillovers may penetrate broken ceramic plate and

create a risk of electric shock. Contact your retailer or customer service.

34. Do not touch the appliance while in use. During use the appliance becomes hot. Since temperatures
