Operation and maintenance

Remove all packaging of the device.

• Only use the scale on a hard and flat surface. When you are measuring, please keep

standing still on the weighing platform.

• It is advisable to take measurement at the same time of the day and at the same place.

• Always remove your shoes and socks, it is advisable to discard as many as possible

clothing, wipe clean your feet before using.

• Step on the weighing platform gently and when you are measuring, please keep still.

• Measured results could be misleading after intensive exercise, excessive dieting or

under extreme dehydration condition.

• The measured data of the following people may have deviation:

Adults over 70 years old, body building athletes or other occupational athletes.

Note: Children under the age of 10 years or adults over the age of 100 years should use

the device under normal weighing mode.

• People with the following conditions should not use the device: pregnant women, those

with symptoms of edema, those on dialysis treatment and those who use a heart

pacemaker or with any other implanted medical devices.

The fat% hydration% content evaluated by the fat monitor scale is only for

reference (not for medical purpose). If your fat% hydration% content is over/below

normal level, please consult your doctor for more advice.

Keep away from strong electro-magnetic field when using the scale.

It could be slippery if you weigh on a wet surface. Moreover, the weighing platform

surface is glazed, never step on the edge of the scale and do keep balance

duringyour weighing. Always place your dry bare feet central on the stainless steel

colored parts on the glass plate otherwise the device will may have failures.

First use

Remove the battery compartment cover at the back of device and attach new battery onto

the 9-volt battery snaps .Please check the polarity(See PIC3).

Your scale is available(or applicable) in kg/lb/st, you can set to the one you prefer

by pressing the unit conversion button. Press the unit conversion button when the scale is

powered off, the LCD display shows the current weight unit. Press the button again to convert

the weight unit.

-When setting lb/st as weight unit, the

default height unit is feet/inch;

-When setting kg as weight unit, the default

height unit is cm.

Optional normal weighting mode

Step on the weighing platform gently, the balance starts automatically, please keep still and

wait for a few seconds, the weight indicator flashes on the screen, this is your weight.

After digits stabilize, more additional loadings can be conducted. Ensure each add-on loading

has to exceed 2kg to get a new reading. Example: If you want to get a weighing value of your

baby, you can weigh yourself first, and then hold your baby together, without stepping off the

scale. Then you will get the total weight.

Start measuring

Before you can use the extended measurement, you must first program your personal settings.

This can be done for 12 different people. Remember always your own user-ID!

At the first time when you install battery and switch on, all default parameter are set as follow:

Parameters can be set in the following range:
