10. This device can be used by children aged from 8 years and above as well as by persons with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if they
have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the device in a safe way and
understand the hazards involved. Children should not play with the device. Cleaning and user
maintenance should not be done by children unless they are older than 8 and supervised.
11. This device is not intended to be operated by means of an external timer or separate remote-
control system.
12. Avoid injuries from the egg picker.

3) Before rst use
1. Unpack and check the device and all the parts. Wash and dry the egg tray, omelette dish and poaching tray.
2. Check whether the voltage indicated on the rating label is consistent with your voltage used.
4) Usage
1. Steaming eggs: Add appropriate amount of water (please refer to the table below for specic water volume) with a cup according to your own egg doneness preferences. Put
the eggs on the egg holding tray in upright position and then put the lid cove on.
Poaching eggs: Put the poaching tray with one or two eggs on the egg holding tray and then put the lid cover on.
Scrambled eggs/omelette: Put the steaming bowl with prepared mixture (recommended made of 1 - 2eggs) on the egg holding tray and then put the lid cove on.

2. Plug in the device and press the power button. Power light (indicator) will turn on indicating that the device is working.
3. The power will automatically turn o once the water has boiled-out completely. Power light will also turn o to indicate egg cooking time is over.
4. In case that you want to shorten the set cooking time, you may need to pull out the plug to cut o the power during the cooking process.
NOTE: In case of unplugging the device before it shuts down by itself bear in mind that it will start automatically after plugging it in the power supply.
ATTENTION: Please do not put the bowl on the heating plate directly when boiling eggs. Do not use bowl until it is put on the shelf.
NOTE: In order to avoid crack on the egg shell, please strike several small holes on the wider part of the egg with an egg pin at the bottom of the measuring cup before cooking
and then put the small part on the egg tray.
TIP: Grab the egg holding tray´s side loops and put the steamed eggs into cold water or under the tap water for cooling down. If you put them into the water and it will be easier
to peel.
5. Cooking other food: You can use the Delimano Utile Egg Master PRO as a handy steamer as well. Equip the base with the egg holding tray, place the steaming bowl with
prepared ingredients/mixture on it and place the lid cover on. Refer to the times bellow. However those can vary depending on the characteristics of food used, your preferences
and experience.

5) Cleaning
1. Unplug the device from main supply.
2. Do not clean it until it’s cooled. Egg holding tray, steaming bowl, poaching tray and cover lid can be cleaned with a washing detergent and sponge. Do not clean with a hard steel
wire so as to avoid any surface damage.
3. Do not put the whole unit into the water to wash. The machine surface can be wiped with a damp cloth.
4. Clean and wipe the device before storing it in a ventilated and dry place.
