Juice outlet
The juice outlet can be folded up to avoid dripping.
During operation, the outlet must be folded down.
BEFORE FIRST USE
Before the appliance is used for the rst time, it must
be cleaned as described in the section “CLEANING &
MAINTENANCE”.
OPERATION
1. Preparing the ingredients
• Clean the fruit or vegetable and cut it if necessary,
so that it ts into the feeder tube. Remove any hard
seeds or cores to prevent damage to the appliance.
2. Preparing the appliance
• Ensure that the switch is set to the o position.
• Place the lter holder onto the drive unit with the
juice outlet to the right.
• Insert the lter into the lter holder and press it
rmly down at the edges until it audibly clicks
into place. It is important that the lter is securely
attached and not at an angle, and that it can be
turned easily.
• Tilt the pulp container slightly and slide it under the
edge of the lter holder on the left side of the unit.
• Place the transparent lid onto the lter holder. The
left side of the lid must engage in the pulp container.
Secure the lid with the locking clip, which will
activate the safety switch. Ensure that the locking
clip engages rmly on both sides into the locking
recesses on the lid.
• Place the juice container below the juice outlet and
then fold the outlet down.
3. Juicing
• Insert the plug into the wall outlet and put the
switch to the required setting.
• Use the pusher to feed the clean fruits or vegetables
down the feeder tube while the unit is running.
Press evenly and do not apply excessive pressure,
otherwise the motor or lter could be damaged.
• When processing large quantities of fruit or
vegetables, the pulp container and juice container
must be emptied from time to time as necessary.
4. After use
• After use, switch the appliance o and remove the
plug from the wall socket. Lift the juice container
slightly and fold up the juice outlet at the same time.
• Make sure to clean the appliance thoroughly after
each use.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
• Always unplug the appliance from power before
cleaning, assembly or disassembly.
• Never immerse the appliance or power cord in water.
Do not let the electrical parts come into contact with
moisture.
• Caution! The lter has small, sharp tips. Handle with
care as there is a risk of injury.
• Do not use harsh or corrosive cleaners or solvents.
• Refrain from using scouring pads, abrasive cleaners
or steel wool.
• The pulp container, lter holder, lid, pusher and juice
container may all be cleaned using hot water and a
mild detergent.
• The lter should be cleaned, using a soft,
commercially available nylon brush. Do not clean
the lter with any hard object, as that may render it
unusable.
• Do not place any of these parts in the dishwasher -
they are not dishwasher safe.
• Clean the housing of the unit with a damp cloth and
then wipe it dry.
Disassembly:
• Fold down the locking clip and take o the
transparent lid.
• Then remove the pulp container by lifting it slightly
and pulling it to the left.
• To detach the lter and lter holder, grasp the edge
of the lter holder with your left hand and the juice
outlet with your right hand. Pull the lter holder
upwards to remove it along with the lter.

• Make sure the appliance is switched o before
plugging in or unplugging the device.
• Do not attempt to plug in or unplug the appliance
with wet hands.
• For safety reasons, use the pusher at all times when
feeding fruit or vegetables into the feeder tube.
Under no circumstances use your hands or ngers.
• The appliance is intended for household use and
similar applications. Do not use it for commercial
purposes.
• Do not use this appliance outdoors.
• Do not leave the appliance unattended while it is
operating.
• After switching o, always wait until the motor has
come to a complete stop before opening the lid.
• Always disconnect the appliance from power
after use, before cleaning and in the event of a
malfunction.
• Do not pull directly on the power cord, rather pull on
the plug to disconnect the appliance from the power
source.
• Warning! The lter has sharp tips! Take special care
when assembling, cleaning and emptying to avoid
injury.
• This appliance can be used by persons with reduced
physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of
experience and knowledge, if they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the
appliance in a safe way by a person responsible for
their safety.
• This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep
the appliance and its cord out of the reach of
children.
• Children should be supervised to make sure they do
not play with the appliance.
• We are excluded of liability for all damages that may
arise if the appliance is used for purposes other than
originally intended or if it is used inappropriately.
• Repairs and other work undertaken on the unit must
only be done by authorised specialist personnel!

ATTENTION: READ BEFORE USE
Intended use
This appliance must only be used for extracting juice
from fruit and vegetables such as apples, carrots,
cucumber, tomatoes etc. Any use other than that
described in these instructions must be considered
improper and may lead to personal injury or material
damage.
Safety mechanism
The appliance is equipped with a safety mechanism that
prevents the motor from turning on if the locking clip is
not engaged with the locking recesses of the lid.
Short-time operation
The appliance is designed for short-term operation
only, i.e. it should not be operated continuously
for more than 1 minute. Allow it to cool down for 1
minute afterwards. After 3 such cycles, the unit must
be permitted to cool down for 15 minutes before it is
switched on again.
Overheating protection
The appliance automatically switches o in the case of
over-heating. If this happens, disconnect the appliance
from the mains and allow it to cool down for 30
minutes, when it will be ready for use again.

The appliance is equipped with a 3-position switch.

Setting I is suitable for soft, juicy fruits or vegetables
such as peeled melons, tomatoes etc.
Setting II is recommended for harder fruits or vegetables
such as apples, carrots etc.
